Vietnam\u2019s Digital Paradox: Growth Without Cohesion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vietnam has become one of Southeast Asia\u2019s fastest-growing digital economies.<br><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">According to&nbsp;<em>Google-Temasek\u2019s e-Conomy SEA 2024 Report<\/em>, the country\u2019s digital sector is valued at&nbsp;<strong>US$36 billion<\/strong>, driven by e-commerce, online travel, and online medi<\/span>a<sup data-fn=\"f76a606f-3b14-4207-84a9-2eda7fd3d243\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#f76a606f-3b14-4207-84a9-2eda7fd3d243\" id=\"f76a606f-3b14-4207-84a9-2eda7fd3d243-link\">3<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yet behind this growth lies a structural gap: <strong>data fragmentation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Symptoms:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Siloed Data Repositories:<\/strong><br>Public data is distributed across ministries and provinces, often in incompatible formats.
